Shortcake is being spayed Feb 5, 2026. There is a $300 deposit, included in price, to reserve her. She is scheduled to be spayed at Bristol Humane Society for $80. I will only take off $200 if you are wanting her before she is spayed. This will require a spay contract& proof she has been spayed within 2 months of obtaining her, or keeping her current appointment at BHS & being responsible for bringing her and her care.
The only reason why I am allowing the idea of her being spayed with her new family is because our house can be hectic and stressful for a dog who has been spayed and needs R&R. Please note, there is a clause in the contract that goes over a hefty fine if you don't abide by the spay and breed her.
